A lot of friends, customers, peers ask me why we do not directly appeal to University of Colorado students for bike repair work.
My usual answer: “Most of our customers live in town year-round; they tell their friends; they come back. I don’t know how to attract CU students. Repeatedly flyer the campus regularly? That sounds inefficient if flyering is necessary next semester. How would we attract the students?”
On Friday afternoon, CU International Affairs and Spanish major student, Nicholas Kukucka, found us via Google, got on his bike and made use of Picture Clues on the website.
