Running a Bike Shop
Tires and Wheels
Today, Eric Hegerness and I, installed a 2×4 with a dozen hooks. Now, we have space for new tires and wheels in the shop.
Shelf Builder
This is the “Bicycle Parts” room. We are slowly converting it into a store. Recently, I put an ad on Craigslist for a “Shelf Builder”. The better things are organized, the more efficient we will be as a business. Shelves and hooks give us places to put things.
