Stay with your bike while Ryan diagnoses the problem, talks through what he finds, and handles the repair during a scheduled session.

Super73 repair
Do I need an appointment?
No for Drop-Off Repair. We accept drop-offs daily from 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.
OnTheSpot and Watch / Help / Learn are appointment-based.
How long does it take?
Most Drop-Off mechanical repairs are completed in about one week.
Parts availability, unusual repairs, modifications, or additional work can affect turnaround.
Are parts included in the prices?
No. Parts are additional unless specifically noted.
We’ll confirm required parts and pricing before additional work begins.
Do you service other e-bikes besides Super73?
Yes. We service many similar moped-style e-bikes when the repair is mechanical and the components are serviceable.

Do you work on modified bikes?
Often, yes, as long as the repair is within our mechanical service scope and the components can be serviced safely.
Modifications can affect compatibility, labor, and whether we can accept a particular repair.
Do you handle electrical or battery problems?
No. We do not currently repair batteries, motors, controllers, or other electrical systems, and we do not offer electrical diagnostics.

Do you do warranty work?
No. Standard Bike Repair is an independent repair shop and is not currently a Super73 Authorized Service Center. We provide customer-paid mechanical repairs. For manufacturer warranty claims, contact Super73 support before arranging work.
Can I stay while you work on my bike?
Yes.
Choose OnTheSpot Repair if you want to stay while Ryan diagnoses and repairs the bike, or Watch / Help / Learn if you want a more participatory repair experience.
